Sizing and Fit
We recommend comparing the size chart to a garment your student currently wears and feels comfortable in. Lay the garment flat and measure across the chest, body length, and sleeve length when applicable. Then compare those measurements to our size guide in the "Help" section of our menu.
If your student is between sizes, prefers a looser fit, or you want room for growth, we recommend sizing up. Uniform polos and jackets should allow students to move comfortably throughout the school day.
No. Youth and adult sizes are shaped differently. Adult sizes are usually wider and longer. Always check the measurements instead of relying only on the size name.
Eligible items may be exchanged according to our exchange policy. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with packaging or tags when required.
Some garments may have slight shrinkage depending on fabric content and care. To help preserve fit, wash in cold water and avoid high heat drying.
Ordering

Yes. All items are approved and designed to meet the school’s uniform expectations. Be sure to select the correct color, grade level, and item before checking out.
Yes. Store pickup is available for eligible orders. You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup. Please do not come to the store until you receive your ready-for-pickup message
Shipping is available for eligible U.S. orders at a flat rate of $8. Processing time and carrier transit time are separate. Shipping options and final charges will be shown at checkout.
Orders begin processing quickly, especially during back-to-school season.

Changes are not guaranteed once an order has started processing.

Pickup and Shipping
You will be scheduled for pick-up at the time of placing your order.
Bring your order confirmation, name on the order, and a valid ID if requested.
Yes, but they should have the order confirmation and the name used on the order.
Shipping time depends on the method selected at checkout and carrier performance. Processing time and shipping time are separate.
Check your mailbox, porch, parcel locker, neighbors, or front office if applicable. If the carrier confirms delivery but the package is missing, you may need to file a claim directly with the carrier.
Exchanges
All sales are final and may only be exchanged. We do not offer refunds for incorrect size selection, incorrect color or grade selection, duplicate orders, missed deadlines, shipping delays, or items no longer needed.
Yes. Eligible items may be exchanged within the allowed exchange window, as long as they meet the condition requirements.
Eligible items may be exchanged within 30 calendar days, depending on the order type: purchase date for in-store purchases, delivery date for shipped orders, or pickup date for store pickup orders.
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, free of stains or odors, and in original condition. Packaging, tags, or bags may be required depending on the item.
Personalized items, name embroidery, custom-decorated items, altered items, final-sale items, clearance items, and special-order items are not eligible for exchange unless GT Goldsports made an error. Standard approved uniform items with the official school logo may be exchanged if they meet the exchange requirements.
Care Instructions
Wash polos in cold water with like colors. Use mild detergent. Do not bleach. Tumble dry low or hang dry for best results.

School-Year and Peak Season Questions
Order as early as possible. Back-to-school season is our busiest time, and popular sizes may sell out or take longer to process.
